Part of staying healthy is staying in the know and keeping up to date on what’s going on in the world around us. If you’re on the go and still want to keep up with what’s trending, we’re here to help! Here are the top links of the day in bite-size pieces.
Olympic athletes are generally pretty inspiring, but when they inspire us outside of the competition, it’s even better. In an emotional, heartfelt video on YouTube, Olympic swimmer Tom Daley revealed that he’s in a relationship with a man — and couldn’t be happier! If that doesn’t make you smile inside and out, I don’t know what will.
Paul Walker, Fast & Furious franchise star, died tragically on Saturday afternoon in a car accident. His friends and co-stars, unsurprisingly, were devastated and took to Twitter to pay tribute to him. They shared memories, photos, and more. Rest in Peace, Paul. You will definitely be missed.

I cannot even wrap my head around the Paul Walker news. I will forever live in denial, just like I have been in denial about Brad and Jen. I will always remember the first time I ever saw Fast & the Furious. I was in London. Paul Walker, even though I never personally knew you, I could tell that you were a beautiful man both inside and out.
So, so sad about Paul Walker. I had such a major crush on him growing up and heard that he is a really nice guy. Definitely regret never getting to interview him. He seems like he was such a sweetheart. My heart goes out to his family.
