Music Monday: Incline Walking Routine to Bruno Mars

Another gloomy day in NYC today and it puts us in an exercise funk. When the weather is like this we turn to our “Lounge Time” playlist and lately the song that we have played on repeat is the latest from Bruno Mars, “When I Was Your Man.”

How can a subdued offering from Unorthodox Jukebox fit into our workout routine? Make it a walk-athon. Envisioning that you are in the front row of a piano bar instead of on the treadmill breaking a sweat should be an easy thing to do with this emotional ballad.

Plus, by doing this walking routine you can still get your workout (or warm-up) in and say you know all the lyrics to the newest Bruno Mars song by the end. Now that is worth lacing up your sneakers for.
