While you are probably just as confused as us by the fact that every month is not National Cookie Month, it’s true. However, we’re in it right now! October AKA Fall Wonderland Month is National Cookie Month, and we could not say no to joining in on the fun.
As the temperatures cool down, nothing seems more comforting than a freshly baked cookie, straight out of the oven and our favorite tea or coffee. However – as we all know – if we did this every single day, there is no doubt that our waistbands would surely expand. Instead, make these healthy options for some guilt-free snacking that will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth.
Better yet, we have something for everyone’s palate. From chocolate chip to peanut butter, oatmeal, and fruitier flavors, it will be hard to resist, but then again, there is no reason to!
What could be more satisfying that eating raw cookie dough? That being said, it’s definitely not the healthiest. This version makes for a great faux dough that is just as delicious but packed with protein! Swap out the milk for your favorite milk alternative and it will be 100% vegan!
