Recipe Round-Up for National Cheeseburger Day

Yasss, it is that time again. It is National Cheeseburger Day, and on a Thursday (when it feels like we are so close to the weekend, yet so far away) sometimes all we need for dinner is a little comfort food. However, while the urge to dip into a trough of fries and a huge, juicy cheeseburger is real, you probably know it’s not the absolute best for you. This is especially the case if you know you have big plans for the weekend which might lead to a couple of “less healthy” choices.

That being said, that is no reason not to treat yourself to a healthier option of the American classic. From casseroles to cupcakes, it seems like the cheeseburger  comes in many forms, and all of them are perfectly good to indulge in. Make sure to eat your salad. though!
