Tank tops, strapless dresses, and bikinis – let’s face it, summer attire is all about the arms. Whether you’re looking to tighten and tone or build and strengthen, the same simple exercises can be used to achieve a variety of results. By varying the amount of weight you use, you can alter the level of difficulty of the exercises. We love this workout from Fit Fab Cities because we think it targets all of the different muscle groups in our arms and can be done in a pinch without any fancy equipment! For an added cardio bonus, do 1 minute of jumping jacks or high knees before every round of push-ups.
