Daily Bite [Sweat]: Fitness Tip from The Bachelorette’s Desiree Hartsock

Every Bachelor addict put their BBQ parties on hold to stop and watch the premiere of The Bachelorette as Desiree Hartsock started her journey for love on Memorial Day. And if you didn’t, don’t judge us for our Bachelor habits.

The 27-year-old was looking beautiful and fit (in a tight fight silver dress) as her 25 suitors vied to win her heart on day one.  Recently Shape.com interviewed the fab-figured reality star to find out her healthy living secrets. Her workout tip was something simple that we can all do more:

Get outside! Even a walk around the neighborhood, beach, or countryside before heading into work can jump-start your metabolism and make you want to continue staying active. Also, the fresh air is the best stress reliever I know.”

Desiree has it right. Besides having a stress-free breath of fresh air you should get out more for a rock-hard, Bachelorette ready bod.
