Daily Bite [Make]: Buffalo Chicken Deviled Eggs

So you made a bunch of colorful hard boiled eggs for Easter…now what?

Make buffalo chicken deviled eggs of course!

The amazing foodie mind of Closet Cooking brought one of our fave flavors to a whole new level and then cleverly placed it into an edible bowl. We are oh-so-happy.

As Kevin mentions, you can’t go wrong with the flavors of buffalo chicken. This simple recipe is great in deviled egg form but we think you can make a spin on egg salad with the same ingredients. And, personally, we like mozzarella over bleu cheese but the great thing about this recipe is that it is your call!

What do you need for these devil deviled eggs? Put these ingredients on your shopping list ASAP:

  • 6 eggs, boiled, cooled, peeled, and cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or ranch dressing or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons buffalo wing hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup chicken, finely shredded or diced
  • 2 tablespoons carrot, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons celery, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese, finely crumbled

Have your fridge stocked with the goods? Head over to Closet Cooking for the TWO STEP recipe instructions. And then invite us over so we can enjoy some deviled eggs too, okay?

Do you have a buffalo obsession? What is the most unique deviled egg recipe you had tried or made?
