Daily Bite [LOL]: Prancercise Takes the World by Storm

Back in 1989 Joanna Rohrback invented Prancercise—“A springy, rhythmic way of moving forward, similar to a horse’s gait and ideally induced by elation.” Apparently it took a couple of decades before people caught on, but all good things come with age.

But despite its old age, Rohrback definitely knew how to market herself. There is an official website and even a Prancercise book. Maybe add this one to your book list…or something.

Get in your fitness time machine for this one. We promise it will have you laughing out loud while you do some “talkin’” and “walkin’”.

We have more wacky workouts for you if you are feeling wild and crazy.

Will you be prancercise-ing the weekend away? Please say yes!
