Bytes for Breakfast: Kelly Osbourne’s Weight Loss Secret + Egg White Frittatas

Kelly Osbourne famously lost 50 pounds after her stint on Dancing with the Stars, but her weight loss secret is more than diet and exercise. Most people find that happiness comes after the weight loss, but Osbourne did the opposite. She made the decision to get happy before she got thin and that is what she claims was the key to her success.

“People think I lost weight and then got happy, but that’s not how it works. You have to get happy first,” she told the InTouch magazine. “I made a life change, and the weight loss was an amazing perk.”

Of course you can’t think yourself thin no matter how happy you are. Osbourne did change her eating habits and learned to love the gym. She does a half hour of cardio along with circuit training or yoga. And her diet is full of healthy grains, vegetables and lean meat with a cheat day once a week.
