Eating fruit has loads of health benefits, but the timing of your daily apple intake is important.

To get the full benefits of nature’s perfect carb incorporate fruit into your diet the proper way to give our digestive system the most powerful benefits to intake the nutrients that fruit carry. In doing so your fruit intake will be processed correctly which means less digestive issues and a ton more energy.

Definitely avoid indulging in a piece of fruit right before bed time. There is a lot of fructose (natural sugar) that can spike your energy and leave you wide awake with your head on the pillow.
