Dr. Travis Stork from The Doctors finally sets the record straight on the health benefits of coffee. We have all heard that drinking coffee can boost athletic performance and reduce the risk of dementia along with a slew of other benefits. But a new study shows that coffee may be a pain reliever, too. Dr. Stork talks about a study where workers were subjectively asked about neck and back pain and those that drank coffee reported less pain. Very interesting!
With all things, moderation is important but the evidence keeps leaning towards coffee doing more harm than good.
