Blueberry pancakes are probably hands down my favorite breakfast food of all time. I love the combination of the sometimes-sweet-sometimes-tart blueberries with the light fluffy texture of pancakes. I think I could eat pancakes for every meal, every day for the rest of my life (as long as I could still have my spoonfuls of peanut butter at least five days a week). In honor of National Blueberry Pancake Day, we’re serving up ten delicious recipes for ten creative ways to enjoy blueberry pancakes.
