Start preventing any future risks during childhood by keeping the kids active.

Data has shown that the development of an individual is extremely correlated to their childhood habits and lifestyle. By keeping kids active for a minimum of 7 minutes a day they could see benefits extend through their lifetime.Try to get them outside to run and play, or even switch up their video games to ones that require movement. Any kind of activity will do! The added bonus is it will get you moving too.
