I have to say that I eat the healthiest diet on the face of the planet (LOL)… But my hair was still falling out and getting thin. Now I was born with extra fine hair so having my hair thin further is TERRIBLE!! I have absorption problems so that’s part of the problem with my thinning hair BUT I have started taking these vitamins (basically a multivitamin with specific nutrients for hair, skin and nails) ever since December and I have seen a vast different in my skin and hair. Of course my hair is not a THICK MANE, but now when I feel it, it’s a bit stronger and there is a little but more there. It takes time, but it’s noticeable, to me at least!

I started taking biotin, not really thinking it would work but within a month or so I noticed I had to vacuum less because I wasn’t shedding hair like I used to . It really made my hair stronger.

    Yes!
Biotin is great for hair…! Walnuts and Lentils are chock full of biotin, which is why they are always written up as being foods for hair health!
