    Never believed that breakfast was the most important meal of the day. Everyone functions differently. If you’re not hungry for breakfast, don’t force yourself to eat – you will just wind up eating TOO MUCH, thus you will gain weight and then risk getting a whole host of other problems!

    And I actually really believe that eating healthy (or eating allergen-free) is quite expensive… But I am willing to spend money to be healthy!
