Apricots are so delicious and yet they go almost unnoticed by the world. I used to associate apricots only with grandparents and jelly, but I’m coming to realize they have so much more to offer. Apricots are sweet and tangy, chewy and tart. They pair perfectly with ice cream, oatmeal, cakes, pies, tarts, chicken, duck, the list could go on forever. In honor of National Apricot Day, we’re celebrating these delicious treats with ten awesome apricot recipes everyone (especially your grandparents) will love!
