Music Monday: Arm Workout With Tiesto

Summer is creeping up on us. Are you ready to break out the tank tops, strapless dresses, and bikinis? This week’s Music Monday feature is an awesome arm workout and sculpting routine that will help you get in tip-top shape just in time for tank top season.

This workout contains exercises that will help tone your biceps, triceps, and shoulders, all in just a few key moves. No one wants flabby arms, and no one wants their arms to jiggle as hey wave hello and goodbye. Don’t worry, we’ve got the solution to all of your problems (or at least this one). While you’re doing these circuit exercise moves, make sure you keep proper form, breathe slowly, hold your abs in. Really focus on this mind-body connection for ultimate results and maximum burn! Push yourself until your arms start to falter, and then push just a little bit harder. Trust me, it will be well worth the short term pain when everyone on the beach is envious of your perfectly toned (and strong) arms this summer. Try to complete this circuit at least two or three times, and be sure to switch up the weights you’re using. As any trainer would tell you, however, if you want to see results, you will have to stay consistent. Try to fit this workout into your routine twice or three times a week for flawless results.

The song for this week’s edition of Music Monday is “Red Lights” by Tiesto. it is incredibly upbeat and makes me want to get up and dance. The techno feel of this songs makes me want to power through the workout and then hit the treadmill. For more info on whether to perform cardio before or after resistance training, check out our article here.  The song is fun to listen, perfect for working out, and even awesome to sing to in the car on your way home from the gym. Remember folks, sun’s out, guns out. You all better get to work now so you can show off your guns later on in the spring and summer season. Happy Monday!
