Music Monday: Ab Burner to Roar by Katy Perry

Just because the summer is slowly ending and our clothes are getting bigger and slouchier doesn’t mean you a have the green light to get lazy. Maintaining that summer body you worked so hard for is easier than you think! Kick up your cardio at least three days a week and make sure to get in some strength training.
