Wow, that is a good question! As an actor my life is wicked unpredictable so I think the knowledge that if I don’t get out of bed and do the work I need to do, stay healthy, and work hard, a changing opportunity could come out of the blue and I wouldn’t be ready is a good motivator!

    Hi Talia,
very nice blog. I would say that my motivation varies a lot depending on how I feel that day:) What I realized is that small things motivate me, like a smile or a nice thing that someone tells me. It gets me through anything.

Bahahahahaha love it! Right now I need motivation to keep up my fitness + clean eating routine, so instead of prancing around the house in baggy t-shirts, I wear crop tops and soffee shorts — It reminds me that I can already see results and that I need to keep going to continue too! It helps, especially on bloated days – i’m way more conscious of what I put in my face if I can see a little pooch forming πŸ˜‰ haha TMI but true! <3

Haha. I love the idea of walking around in tighter clothing instead of covering up in baggy stuff. I read once that eating naked it one of the best weight loss tricks out there so your idea reminds me of that…in a “no pants” kind of way πŸ™‚
