Banish bad thoughts! When things get hectic, we tend to get a little negative — don’t focus so much on how badly you want to tear your hair out. Take a few minutes out of your day to take a deep breath, relax, and focus on the positive. Schedule a 10 minute time-out where you close your eyes and think about the great people and opportunities you have. It may be just what you need to keep your focus off those flaws.

    I love these daily tips! This one is especially important. When I feel down it can lead to unhealthy habits like eating junk food, so I try to stay positive. A good way to keep track of the things that make you happy would be to instagram a picture or post one like this on Pinterest everyday! Then when you feel down, you can get a mood boost by looking back through tons of pictures of your “happy thoughts.”
