Her website features many of her cooking tips, recipes, clothing, and other ideas to get you out of the house. The most notable of all these (which many people have tried and noted their increased energy and decreased hunger) the Detox Diet. Gwyneth’s trainer, Tracy Anderson, has helped her maintain her awesome figure and designed this workout featured on Self all around stability. When your brain focuses on balancing, you subconsciously work all those tiny core muscles (try doing arm exercises on a BOSU ball or stability board). This workout is great for doing at home. Tracy recommends doing 20 of each exercise, and you’ll be looking hot in no time! Oh, one more thing, she told WWD in an interview that she works out for 2 hours a day. Minor details.

We all know that Gwyneth has flawless skin at age 40. How can you get it (without botox and “face ironing”)? Facials! Gwyneth admits to at one time over-using products that can actually make you age prematurely, such as anti-aging peels that thin out your skin. She loves using organic oils and scrubs at home.
