You don’t have to go to the gym if you want to work out.In some ways, exercising at home can be more efficient and convenient. One way to structure your at-home workouts is to mirror them to what you do in the gym. If you use the elliptical in the gym, then at home you can do high knees for 2 minutes straight of run in place at a high intensity for 3 minutes. Equipment like kettlebells and dumbells can be purchased at affordable prices so you can have your own at home. Jump ropes, ab wheels, and resistance bands are other tools you can use at home to help you get a great workout.
Do you work out at home?

I have a gym at my apartment which is nice because it gives me the option of doing cardio and weights and stretching!! Having a gym in my apartment complex is always TOP OF LIST when searching for a place to live!
I used to be completely unable to push myself hard enough doing work outs at home. But now I use the Nike Training Club app and I work up a hell of a sweat in my living room.
Except for ballet class I pretty much only work out at home. I have some weights, an exercise bike and a lot of dorky old tae bo dvds.
