Making the decision to live a healthier lifestyle is a great choice. To reach your goals, you shouldn’t think about eating healthier as “going on a diet”. The word diet may cause you  to remember bad experiences with fad diets or filling up on junk food at lunch after you only ate a handful of grapes for breakfast. In order to set yourself up for success, refer to your new eating habits as a permanent lifestyle change. This new commitment can be fun, especially if you encourage your friends and family to start eating healthier with you. Start with interesting fruit and vegetable combinations, exercising every other day or drinking enough water everyday.
