When you love yourself your overall health, both physical and mental, drastically improves. When you are happy people know it and want to be around you. Here are 3 changes you can make to bring more love (from yourself) into your life:
- Stop the judgment. Make a list of your good qualities and concentrate only on them. This will help to quiet the distorted image you have of yourself.
- Remember your inner child. One of the joys of being a kid is that they live a care-free life. Get back to your true nature by doing child-like activities like coloring or swinging.
- Appreciate yourself…because if you don’t, who will? Have a spa day, have a me-date or take a bubble bath. Pick an activity that focuses on you.
